Session 1: How to Become Grounded, Rooted and Centered
Explore the principles of energy awareness that will help you become more grounded, centered and rooted. You will also learn how to - quite literally - use power instead of force, so you can become more powerful, rather than forceful. In this lesson, you are also going to discover for yourself how to be responsive, rather than reactive, even under pressure.
Session 2: How to Become More Empowered
In this lesson, you're going to find out how to take the most energy effective steps and to turn in the most efficient manner, which will take your practice of Qigong, Taichi, Yoga, dance or Martial Arts to a completely new level. You'll also gain new insights and greater clarity over your stressors by integrating the principles of energy awareness and body alignment that contradict the helplessness, rage and collapse that are part of stress.
Session 3: How to Maximize Your Energy
Discover how to conserve energy, move with natural efficiency, and stay grounded and responsive when intensity arises. Through refined body awareness, you’ll learn how subtle shifts in alignment and timing can neutralize situations, restore balance, and resolve tension during difficult physical encounters and mental/emotional stressful moments. This session will also train you how to double the power of your punches and elbow strikes by using the body mechanics to achieve internal power.
Session 4: How to Practice Peak Performance
In this fourth and final session, participants will integrate everything learned in the previous trainings and put those principles into practice. The focus is on refining coordination, body awareness, and efficient use of energy through practical application, with self-defense serving as a testing ground used only when in danger. You will explore how to apply principles with clarity and consistency, developing reliable progress without overexertion, and gaining tangible, felt feedback.
